1. Services Provided
Route 95 LLC provides transportation, logistics, and delivery services across New York and Florida. All services are subject to availability and Route 95 LLC’s scheduling.

2. Scheduling and Requests

• All pickup requests must be submitted through our website form or via phone.

• Requests are not confirmed until Route 95 LLC sends a confirmation.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions prevent safe or timely delivery.
   

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Wave or other approved methods.

• Payment may be required in full or as a deposit, depending on the service.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the service or delay of the pickup.

• Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to Route 95 LLC’s policies.
   

4. Pricing

• All pricing is subject to confirmation at the time of service.

• Estimates provided online or verbally are not guaranteed until confirmed.

• Additional charges may apply for special handling, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
   

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information about the pickup, delivery, and any special handling requirements.

• Items must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

• Route 95 LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
   

6. Liability

• Route 95 LLC limits liability for lost, damaged, or delayed items to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

• Customers are encouraged to insure valuable or fragile items independently.
   

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made as soon as possible.

• Route 95 LLC may charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee if notice is insufficient or costs are incurred.
   

8. Use of Website and Services

• Customers agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

• We may terminate access to the website or refuse service if these terms are violated.
   

9. Changes to Terms

• Route 95 LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
   

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and Florida.
